		<description>I think translating a banana pudding into a cupcake is harder than some people might think, and I&#039;m sure they were delicious. I wonder if taking the banana and cookie from the bottom and crumbling them into the pudding might make the cupcake as a whole a little less fussy, and a slightly more indirect interpretation, so you wouldn&#039;t be comparing in the same way?</description>

		<description>Thanks Casey.  I have to say, I got the freezing idea from the bakery I work at.  They do it all the time and cupcakes/cakes are still as good when they come out of the freezer as they did when they went in.</description>
